Our Mission is to tell the story of the Coeur d’ Alene Mining District in regards to our local history, local mining efforts and the area’s unique heritage.Get to know Wallace District Mining Museum
We accomplish this through our repository of the area’s written, graphical, and three-dimensional objects and documents and a committed staff. Support research efforts. Preserve and protect the museum collection. Provide cultural tourism visitor center services.
